Has the show been rescheduled because of COVID-19?
Our priority is to safeguard the health of all who participate in the event. Infosecurity Mexico scheduled May 20 and 21, will now take place to September 22 and 23, 2020 at Centro Citibanamex. This is due to the escalation of the COVID-19 crisis in Mexico and around the world.
This action was made following extensive consultation with all stakeholders and in alignment with the advice from the Mexican public health authorities regarding travel to and from impacted countries, and in addition to public authority advice to restrict gatherings of 50 people or more.

Do I have to pay an entrance fee to attend the exhibition?

How do I register as a visitor for the exhibition?

How can I acquire my badge?
Go to the pre-registration area on site, and show your confirmation email to get your badge.

I received a Summit Pass as a courtesy, what should I do?
Make your normal registration on the website and when you pay, enter the code we provided you to validate your courtesy.
Can I attend to the event as student?
As a student, you will have access to Infosecurity Mexico on the second day after 2 pm.

Can I park my car at the venue?
Yes, Centro Citibanamex has parking, the rate is $ 32 MXN per hour and a maximum of $ 160 MXN in case of exceeding 5 hours of stay. It also has valet parking service.

Is there age restriction?
Access to minors is not allowed.
Are photo and video cameras permitted?
Access with personal photo or video equipment such as cell phones and non-professional cameras is allowed. Only media accredited by the event can acess with professional recording and photography equipment.

Is there free Wi-Fi access?
We do not have free Wi-Fi access. Centro Citibanamex offers wireless internet in common areas, with profiles of up to 512 Kbps and up to 1024 Kbps, contract your password at the Additional Services office (this service is per device per day, the key is not transferable between devices).
Where can I eat?
Remember that your Summit Pass includes 1 networking meal a day. If you have a General Pass, you can go to the fast food areas located inside the restaurant or to the Sanborns restaurant.
Are there wheelchairs at the event venue?
Yes, you can request them at the main lobby.
Can I move around with a stroller or wheelchair?
Yes, there are elevators.
Is there are cloakroom services?
Yes, within the expo we will have a cloakroom space.
Is there lost and found area at the venue?
No. We recommend you always have your personal belongings with you or use the cloakroom. We are not responsible for theft or loss.
How can I book a hotel, flight or car transfer?

Is there medical service at the venue?
The medical service is located at the back of the exhibition hall and is marked with a cross, if you have any doubts you can ask the event staff.
